<p>I had a question on this dagger.  What is the Reuse timer on it?  Sorry dont know where to see it.  </p><p>Seems to be a vrey nice toy if the timer is not crazy that is.</p>

I got this dagger last night and I can confirm it is a 3 minute reuse timer. I havent really had a chance to test it dps wise but I will be using it over the next week and I will try and get back here and tell you if it is a noticeable improvement over the soulfire staff. I am an Illusionist btw so I figured it would help since we have fast casting spells and I could probably get off a good amount at the "up to 250" spell damage in 15 secs and then switch back to soulfire for the next fight and pop it back in every 3 minutes.
