Now with RoK comming, if I understand well we'll have 70 aa to use in the KoS tree. Now IF they don't nerf a line with next LU, I was planning to go str, agi, wis but what does everyone else think would be the best? (I'm mostly interested about answer for raid as it's what I'm doing most.)

Without knowing what your guild is capable of I can only go with general rule of thumb info and assumptions...

Generally speaking for probably 95% of the people out there max DPS is achieved DWing with Str/Agi lines. There are only about a half dozen or so weapons in the game that net out higher DPS with a Str/Wis build, and needless to say those are the top 1-handers in the game.

So, assuming that things scale in RoK like they have previously, for probably the first several months you will be better off not using the Wis line and DWing a couple legendary drops from RoK with Str/Agi lines as those should yield more DPS until you can get your hands on one of the top weapons in RoK, at which point going Str/Agi/Wis will come out on top again.

Personally, I plan to spec either Str/Agi 4-6-4-8-2 and Int 4-4-4-8 or Str/Agi 4-6-4-8-2, Sta 4-4-8, Int 4-1 I haven't decided which as it will likely be a long time til I get one of those top 1-handers as there are others who will need them more initially.

What I mean is, concidering you have 2 weapons with the same ratio, would it be more efficient to use 1 with str,agi and wis or would it be the same dps as going str,agi and int for exemple (which would make less aggro)

In that situation it would depned completely on the delay of the weapon. This is how I look at it/understand it.

Dual Wielding is like having 100% double attack with a negative haste modifier. If you have a couple very fast weapons then the 33% speed penalty isn't going to slow your attacks that much so you will be pushing more DPS using 2 weapons. However if you have slower weapons, you pay a bigger penalty for DWing them, and it's at that point that doubleattack can put you over the top. So basically it's small and fast weapons, DW them. Big and slow, 1-hand and wis line.
