<p>Hi,</p><p> I just installed EQ2 on a new computer, but the download of the files won't start. It sends an error message saying there was a problem with the program 'lp_plugin.exe' and then download is cancelled. Can anyone help me with this? I've tried to repair the files installed from the discs and changed the settings in the firewall to allow LaunchPad and EQ2 but it still sends the same message. Could it be a Windows Vista problem, that I need to download something for that first?</p>
