Graphic Corruption

Could anyone advise me which file i need to delete and then re-patch to fix the following corruption. A full scan does nothing to change it. This has happened since EQ2 patcher began downloading the global_02 Chat vpk over and over again, however I've deleted that and still get the same corruption.
