Im getting the same problem with the Char_03_global_o2.vpk file.It started once I downloaded the beta for the new station launcher.I've checked the launcher forums and seems a lot of people have the same problem, so I believe its an EQ problem rather than a comp problem.I've tried everything from deletiung/renaming the file, getting a copy of the file from the installation on my second computer. deleting all the patch logs, running full scans etc... and nothing seems to help.I dont really want to try a full re-install of EQ2, the latest version I have on disc is DoF so it means a lot of downloads

Hello mate. I had the exact problem with vista 32bit (same files too), went through the exact procdures you did and still had the problem. So instead I had a mate skype me the files one by one (as his account worked fine at the time) and I overwrote mine with his. I know that will take a little while but trust me, it will be worth it. It then didn't re-download them again. Simply deleting them and letting the patcher re-download does not seem to fix the issue.

Hope that helps as its the only thing that worked for me.

Do you play on a US or foreign server? After a lot of testing it looks like the Launchpad may be bugged. Try the Station Launcher. It doesn't support non-US servers yet though.http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...19Othesus - Dirge - Lucan DLereVaspar - Fury - Lucan DLere
