Power cloak or Heal cloak

I'm on the last step for Innoruuk cloak and can't decide.  Leaning toward power cloak.  Opinions?  I will probably be switching gods at some point and the cloak may become a back up or situational cloak.  For now though...which should I get?

I ended up with both since I did the quests twice and got bugged, they both suck anyway and I don't find myself using them. Pick whichever you like because at the end of the day they're both junk, worship Zek and get his cloak then move on to Ro or something. I just went around collecting all the cloaks worth a crap and didn't bother with faction, I've never needed a Miracle or Blessing and all they do is waste my time since I have to keep faction up etc, so I've stopped caring about it lol.

I went with power. I have plenty of ways to heal myself (especially if you get Reaver), but I'm always running low on power.

Indeed, if you plan on staying at Inno, power tap. Power for 1 more spell (lets say drain vitae) = at least a 500 heal with reaver. Heck, i even keep my lvl 3 or so taunt and use it when low on power. Can't beat a 8 power spell with low cast time that heals with reaver <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
