<p>I don't have this ability yet, but i'm getting ready to have some adept III's made for the 30-39 range, and was wondering if someone could give me some insight into this ability....based on the description it seems like it's pretty useless...sounds like it's just asking to pull aggro.</p><p>Basically I'd like to know if it's a good ability in general and should I bother upgrading it to adept III or not, thanks!</p>

With agro transfer, avoid notice line, well timed evades, and a tank that is even half-awake, it shouldn't pull agro, while giving you a decent little boost to DPS. I never turn it off. Honestly, with all the tools we have for avoiding agro, if a tank can't hold it off when you're doing what you can just because you've got 5% increased hate, you need to find another tank. If you have the means, absolutely make it Ad3. Not sure the exact increase at that level, but every bit of haste helps.

At adept 3 it will increase your attack speed by 44% and as Antas said, with all your aggro control abilities and a tank thats 1/2 awake, the 5% hate increase is nothing really, and besides, if you do pull aggro, the proc part drops on getting hit so you should hold aggro long and be able to get it back to the tank

Aggro's not a problem with this ability unless the tank in question sucks considerably.

What it basically do is giving you like 44% Haste (not sure) for the time it's up, it's a proc so it's pretty easy to have it up all the time. It dispell when you get hit. The 5% hate increase is fluff imo.
