Hello all, got another question for you. One of the things I enjoy most about this game is crafting, however I gather so much stuff that my entire inventory is full of gathering materials that it is really frustrating. I would like to just be able to dump all of it in my hotel room, go out and do quests then come back and get all of my harvested stuff, go craft, place it back in my house and repeat so I don't have to carry it all with me all the time. However I can not figure out how to do this, I am able to place some stuff in my house but lots of it (like my crafting stuff) it won't let me just drop in the house. So is there some type of box, cabinet or other storage device I can place in my house and then put my stuff into that? Any help on this would be great because it is getting really frustrating, thanks.

Hopefully this answers your question. The only in house storage comes in the form of House Vaults, which are accessed from the access window of your house. They can only be accessed while inside your house. If you right click on your door you will see the option House Vault. Depending on the size of your house, or Inn room, you get more or fewer vault slots. the Inn rooms give you 2 slots for storage-these can be one item in each slot, or one bag or box in each slot. From there you can place as many items in the vault that the container will hold, which is nice if you craft out of your house. Since I do a lot of that from my house I keep most of my raws in the Vault for easy access.

I suggest that you buy the largest capacity containers that you can afford (or craft if you are a woodworker or tailor) and that will help to make your inventory easier to manage.

I upgraded and now have a 3 slot house allowing me to add an additional 44 sales crate to my broker profile. I tend to use it for storage as well at times but lately I've got 44 x 3 boxes selling items, lol

Here's a hint: put your broker bulliten board near your crafting station. You can access your vault and your broker storage from it!

If your guild level is not high enough to get one, consider asking someone in another guild to help you get one. They just need trustee access to your house a few minutes so they can place the item for you. Many times folks will do this as an exchange - I got a Qeynos status item and traded it to a Freeport friend because I wanted a Freeport item (yay, the pulpit in my chapel!). Or folks will do it if you give them the cash it costs plus enough status loot items to cover the status cost (relics, scrying stones, documents, and amulets). It's something to consider at any rate!Another idea... you can use crafting stations in other people's houses. You can access YOUR house vault from their door. Tour some of the upscale homes in your area and find a poshly appointed crafting area you like and work there!

All good points Seidhkona!I must get new and more friends I see, lol Have to do the tour of houses to find one because our guild level is too low, and not rising since it's really now only myself and 2 others (rest quit game), to purchase the city ones. Oh well, we have to have goals I guess
