halloween event not in haven

Why isnt this event in haven? There are pumpkins throughout the zone but theres no npc to get those cool masks like people in freeport/qeynos can. Can i go to qeynos with my decent enough faction to talk to aa respec and do the event?

Because Haven isn't acknowledged as an actual city in the game.

then why take the time to decorate it, anyways you are able to have 10k faction with any city and be non aggro to the guards and complete this event, did it on my pvp server twice for the masks i wanted

Nore is it in kelethin or neriak from the description. Then again neriak is laggy and running around blindly in kelethin can be painfull.

probably because when they first ran this event kelethen and neriak wernt around. and they never bothered to change the event sense then. not sure if haven was around or not thogh.

This is Year number 3 (?) for halloween event- theres lots of places that are decorated- look at Maj'Dul- and ya, Haven wasnt around back in the "old" days <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>For starters, there's not nearly enough NPC's to achieve high scores in trick or treating.</p><p>2nd. There's no buildings in Haven in which to build a haunted house out from.</p>

<p>A guildie snuck into NQ and was able to do the Haunted House portion of this event. I'm sure he won't be able to do the "trick or treat" portion, due to all the 4x guards that roam around. He wanted the "arrow through the head" mask, and as luck would have it, our little gnome ranger got just that as a reward. </p>

You can still have faction and not be aggro...If you are Kelethin your still pretty much Qeynos as is the same with Neriak and Freeport since both of the two are aligned with eachother..
