Ok, not sure if this should go in this forum or the spells forum, but since the effect originates from items here it's going until it's moved.Ok, so what I have been noticing is that ever since I got a couple of the new +spell dmg items from SoF (the +50 secondary/ranged and the +100 neck), is that periodically I'll lose like 200 off my spell dmg for no apparent reason. (nothing I have gives a temporary buff that would account for it) It's on my Illusionist I have noticed this, so I am not sure if it is a bug cause when going above/below 30% power (It is not simply the damage change resulting from being above/below this threshold however)The way it is going now, my spells have 4 separate damage levels. As an example, my main nuke at base value with 30%> power is roughly 850-1050 dmg, or 1025-1250~ dmg when <30% power. However when the bug activates it is like 650-825dmg when 30%> power, or like 825-1025dmg when <30% power. As you can imagine, losing a chunk like this off my dps is frusterating to say the least, and the bug appears to be active ~25% of the time I am fighting. (Again, I have no idea why, but sometimes crossing the 30% threshold will fix it - only during combat, nothing I have found will break/fix it out of combat - It also correctly resets when zoning.I have bugged it in game the 1st night I noticed it, however i was curious if anyone else has noticed this, and if so what class are you playing? Curious if it's just Illusionists, or happening to all classes with spells (again, it is not the direct effect of the 30% power AA line, although it could possibly be a bug caused by it) I have also checked my parser to see if it is just a display bug on the spells, or if their values are actually being affected, and unfortunately it is not just a display issue.Any other observations on this bug would be greatly appreciated.

Few things:

Are you sure you're not using the short term Sentiment buff? It provides considerable int.

Are you SURE nothing you have is proccing a damage increase? There are several items in game that proc such a buff. The Wand of Crystalized Plasma, the Vinewrapped Boots, etc.

Check your int regularly, especially when you notice your spells doing less damage. This will show if the drop is a direct spell damage decrease or a decrease in int caused by something. Try taking your + to spell damage items off and test. My guess is that it's caused by something else, but since the items in SoF are new, who knows.

For starters, when it's bugged, removing the neck item (+100 spell dmg) only makes a difference of like 5 in the dmg spells do. (The change that comes from the +int on it), but when it's not bugged it makes over 100pts difference. And not only am I not wearing any items that proc a % increase like that, but the majority of the time, (including just standing around in QH for an hour) they are at the higher value, it's only intermittently that they bug out to the lower value.I've watched it for quite some time now, and nothing else could be causing this effect. (Also, it seems to happen less frequently after I adorned the neck piece, but it does still happen)
