Betray from Qenos to Neriak

Hello, I want to betray from Qenos to Neriak, anyone know who I talk to to start that? I've heard you talk to the same guy who betrays you from qenos to freeport, but I don't want to exile and find out that's not the guy.

<p>The NPC that exiles you from your city is the same no matter what city you want to head to.  So to exile from Qeynos you need to speak to the guy under Q Harbour.</p><p>Check out <a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Citizenship_Timeline" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Citizenship_Timeline</a> for the specific quests and NPCs you need to see to gain faction..
