Contacting customer help

<p>I have tried the help site. but for some reason I cannot chat live with the support or email. on both of my computers. I have no idea why. </p><p>Is there a phone line to call? or a way to talk directly. I cannot get my account registered.</p><p>Any help would be awesome.</p>
