HELP! Problem with a character transfer!

<p>Hello!</p><p><b>I tried a couple days ago ( the 22nd) to transfer my character from Butcherblock to Crushbone. After completing the forums needed, i got an email saying there was an error and it failed to transfer, also said to try again. So i did, well i got past the part of the forum that took credit card info and the page that confirmed destination server and new name. (Since my name was taken) I got no further then that though, it went back to the first page. Well, i was curious and checked my credit card to see if it had been charged, and it was! I checked my EQ2 account payment history and there it is, the charge for a character transfer. I got no further emails of confirmation, or otherwise.</b></p><p><b> I tried live chat, also phone chat, in game petition, ive tried looking up anything and everything on the forums to see if there was anything i could do. With the fires in CA, I knew SoE has minimal help atm, but I was hoping that someone could help me! My petition was escalted in game on the night of the 23, here it is the 25.</b></p><p><b>My patience is wearing a bit thin, because I know there is someone that can help me with this!</b></p>

do a search on the forums im not sure where exactly i saw it but it is a known problem, and this isnt the first post about it

<p>I have done many searchs on the forums, tried different phrases etc, and really nothing to resolve or help. Only thing I found was someone mentioning that it took about 2 weeks for SoE to clear the charges on someone elses credit card. As far as im concerned they can keep the money! I just want my character transfered!! </p><p>I know some of the GMs can move my character for me. Or at least ive read so on the forums!</p>
