<p>Sent a ticket into customer service and got a reply via email asking for more information. Clicked on the link and wrote my response. When I pressed send it asked me to confim my email and password which I did only for it to reject my password. Tried a couple of times then asked it to send my password to my email address. The response I got was that my account didn't require a password! So basically I am unable to respond to customer service without apparently submitting another ticket!</p><p>Oh for the good old days of in-game support.</p>

sounds like some gnome made it bug out... as for ingame support, its normal that they reply by email, plus, in the current situation with the fires they only have emergency staff on site, customer service is almost completly down according to eq2players.
