<p>Sent a ticket into customer service and got a reply via email asking for more information. Clicked on the link and wrote my response. When I pressed send it asked me to confim my email and password which I did only for it to reject my password. Tried a couple of times then asked it to send my password to my email address. The response I got was that my account didn't require a password! So basically I am unable to respond to customer service without apparently submitting another ticket!</p><p>Oh for the good old days of in-game support.</p>
