Character No Longer On Account

I recently reactive my account and my old character which I was looking forward to playing again is no longer there. I checked if I could make a character with my old name on that server and it says it is taken so I know it not deleted and I have a link to the eq2 info.<a href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/characters/character_profile.vm?characterId=366411205" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://eq2players.station.sony.com/...terId=366411205</a>His name is Xonth on mistmoore.

Did you happen to have a Station Account before with additional character slots but only the EQ2 Account now with limited slots?

you reactivated the correct account right?because your forum handle says your account was made three days ago and that character says it was created in 05.
