Can not login!!error:41780

<p>Today I just bought one new copy of EQ2 and a game card. After  active my account (from trail to EQ2 basic) and  finish subscription , I  try to login the game ,bu I got this error:</p><p align="center"><span style="font-size: small;color: #009900;">"there was an error that prohibited the server from letting you play error:<span style="color: #ff0000;">41780"</span></span></p><p> Use my friend's account to login in  on the same machine with no problem. But I can't . </p><p> Why!?!?</p><p> If SOE don't allow me to play EQ2, please tell before I active my account . You can reach the live chat via the Search the Knowledge Base link, then the chat tab. Their hours are Mon-Fri 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific (adjust for your time zone).
