Got kicked off for not having a subscription

<p>I was just kicked out of the game while zoning. When I tried to log back on it said I don't have a subscription. I can't post in the forums either, so that is consistent.</p><p>I am posting now with my husband's account. Since we both paid using the same account on the same day I don't think my card bounced LOL</p><p>Is there a solution that doesn't require making a double payment?</p>

It is possible that the first one went through, then the second one attempted to process before the timer had expired - this is being used at the clearing house for the credit card, not at the point of sale
