Another Quick Pally Question...

<p>not enough information.  What is the health on both, what are the levels.  What is the actual mitigation?</p><p>Armor isn't a static piece, it's effectiveness is based upon it's level.  The further you are above your armor, the less effective it becomes to even con mobs.  There are times when a lower mitigation piece will actually give you more mitigation, if the level gap between them is high enough.</p>
