trying to find where chestplate of lingering death drops

That would drop in one of the adventure yards outside Freeport/Qeynos, if anywhere. This appears to be an extinct item, however.

So items can become extinct?  Well it's my boyfriend who's looking for it and he says he saw it on the broker on Nagafen server not too long ago and was just wondering who drops it so we can try to get one on Vox.  We have googled the crap out of it and can't find this information for some reason.
