Does Glacial Flame qualify for the massive damage bonus that is part of the sol ro spell crit miracle? It does do heat damage, but when I read it the text had it listed as second. If that doesn't work, do we have anything we can use to get that bonus?I guess just having the 100% crits is worth using, but the bonus would be nice.

To me, Sol Ro's stuff looked best for Wizards or nuke-specc'd evil Furies, so I didn't even consider it with my warlock. I went with Innoruuk instead. Still get some INT from the pet, get a massive AE DoT miracle (plus it heals the group too, so can't complain there either) and for my blessing I've been using the "unlimited power for 10 minutes" one. Works really well, IMO.

Sol Ro rocks for warlocks as well. Not as good as it is for wizzies, of course, but we can make good use of a couple of the abilities.+65 spell damage cloak is rather nice now that the spell normalization trash is gone.straight +int pet is perfectBlessing for damage proc for every spell cast (10 min duration) is nice.Massive heat damage miracle is wonderful when combined with a crit and FHS after mob is debuffed. Best hit I've gotten is around 46K. But I haven't been making frequent use of it.I just hope Bertoxxolus has bonuses to make switching worth it. I would prefer to go with the best lore spot for a warlock, but not if I have to give up great abilities.

Well, since they made Warlock a neutral class, we should get a neutral deity as wel.AFAIK, Berto is an evil deity.

Neutral classes pick their deity based on their home cities alignment. So a qeynos warlock gets good only, a freeport warlock gets evil.A warlock in exile has their choice.I am seriously considering being an exile but am not sure of the effect that will have on my character. I'm pretty sure I won't lose my master spells unless I complete the betrayal process. What I'm not sure about is banking, having a home of my own, using my alt's Qeynos home to sell from as a trustee. Broker fees (will i be paying 40% no matter where the seller is based). Will I be able to buy faction items (signets that prevent ae damage are required by my guild for certain raids). If anyone that is actually living in exile could answer these questions, or has other considerations I haven't thought of I'd love to hear from you.
