sheilds?

<p>hiya all, i was wondering what sheilds are better for a sk to use? Currently im using a Tower Sheild, but i see people asking why sks are using those over kite sheilds. so i was wondering whats better to use a kite sheild? or a tower sheild?  </p><p>Primary focus is solo/group tanking, and pvp tanking/dps</p>

Kite shields usually have stats on them that are beneficial to SK's. Like Int, Str and Sta.

<p>but dont you loose mitagation and such from going to a smaller sheild?  would it make more sense to make those stats up by obtaining more "caster" oriented jewlery/charms? sense those items dont really provide any defense? Where as the kite sheild would provide you superior str and stamina, and more defense?</p>

<p>When  the game was first in production tower shields were for gaurds/zerk.  The gave more defence but linited avoudance.  Kite shields were SK/pally the had less mit but offered more avodance.</p><p>This never made it live that i know of. </p>

Use whichever shield grants the best proc/avoidance/hp. Mitigation isn't worth a thing, and stats = meh.
