Well I must say I was humbled last night when a 27 Paladin absolutely owned my 28 fury. I tried three times to kill this champion paladin. I thought There is no way this paladin one level below me could beat my twinked fury. I was so mad my wife left the office because I was cussing like a sailor. I know Im gonna hear all this "learn to play your class"! Regardless of my PVP skill hats off to a paladin who knows how to play their class. Probably would have been a good fight if I could have gotten off my butt long enough to cast something! LOL! Needless to say I wont be taking paladins lightly anymore! Happy Hunting!

Did he win by out lasting you, or by you not being able to heal his DPS?

did you AOE him? that's pretty much an insta-cast that so many healers forget.. and it's useful as all hell

A well played warlock should also give you a decent run for your money in a straight one on one fight.so should a few other classes, strangely though, because everyone is such a firm believer in that furies are teh overpoweredest no one seems to bother to try them on.And yeah, a well played pally is a nasty bugger. Most pallies arent though.

Well he was on a mount and resisted SOT several times and basically waited for me to try to heal and of course knocked me on my butt. also resisted my AOE root. So after the first fight the timer was down. I have SOT at master II and all others at adept 3's. And maxed out on AA's. He was interupting me constantly. Fun fights! Just not for me! LOL!

Furys get an aoe stifle, Confounding Brambles, at lvl 27...lasts around 6 seconds iirc and breaks on damage. More useful in group situations than solo imo, but good to give an uninterruped chance to cast strike of thunder. Long recast too.
