...is an indication when viewing a list of recipes in the ol' recipe book, which ones I have and have not made-to-pristine at least once. I know I can click on 'em to see, but I'd like to be able to scan the list when leveling.

Whysprr

/agrees and /signsAlso, while we're working on the TS window.. can we please remove the annoying problem where its mandatory to hover your mouse over the search field in order to type. I'm so tired of clicking on the box, go to type, and 7 other windows pop up because my cursor slid an 1/8th of an inch off the search field. *cries*

I would like to be able to filter through the alchemist/sage/jeweler spell recipes by class....ie, if I want to see all of the Fury spells recipes, then I should be able to search for them without having to look at every recipe in the book.

Because cheese is nice. And I would like beer. But thats just because I like beer. When the going gets tough, the tough go to the pub.

So that we would only see these recipes and not have to hover over everything to find the ones we have not made.

I guess filtering would be even better -- but a visual indication while scanning the list (without a tooltip pass and wait) would be OK too.

Whysp

Me and my friend Ratonga Mynce are always "handing wedges of cheddar" out.. yet we can't really do it and I would carry loads of it around just for RP purposes. Plus it would be a great addition to the menu we already have in game.I just never got that "fuzzy feeling" munching on a carp omelet to boost my health..

I can definitely see this as being useful on my Scholars! Not necessarily so much on my Woodworker, but still a nice addition all-around!/nod /sign

You can put the tooltip delay to minimum, and it will pop up immediately. (Options - User Interface - Tooltips - General)

For ratongas, there is Cheesecake. Its not a big wheel of cheese, but... better than carp omelet, I would think. (one variation for each tier)And there are at least.. one or more types of beer too. Non-alchoholic, but still.

I'm all for making the recipe book easier to use though, and adding more recipes even if its just for RP. Just thought I'd add those two comment in case it helps someone.

I would be happy if the book would at least function as it IS, for me it often doesn't show tooltip when I log in, I have to zone first, if I close it it forgets what I had sorted it on and shows all my recipes, and sorted searches carry over from different characters (must have imagined reading they fixed that?). Plus, if I have the book open and crafting close to a station and accidentely target the workstation, it goes all crazy and sometimes I can't see certain recipes of certain levels. Not sure what that is tbh or what happens.

I'd be even more happy if the recipe book and the crafting window wasn't the same window, or if it was divided. I know someone linked a mod that had it divided, but I lost the link. I still think the existance of a modded version isn't an excuse to have a crappy UI though. The UI is all you have when you craft, so it should IMO be given some more thought than a random window that you only use once in a while for a few seconds.
