question about soloing in Mines of Meldrath...

<p>I'm lvl 60 and heard I should be able to clear MoM. I have cleared everything but the final room many times and was wondering if there is a trick to it or if I just am not high enough...I kill one or two of Meldrath's minions but they just keep respawning...Do I just need to get on Meldrath from the beginning? </p><p> I notice one of the mobs is called a curing cohort so figured that needed to die. </p><p> Anyway any tips would be appreciated. </p>

Or if my tank pet could withstand the onslaught, I'd just take them on as well.
