How to report token farmers?

Okay, did the /report along with the loser's name, but then /petition brings up the online help window???  I mean, I got screenies of these jokers farming each other, and then asking if I wanted in ... guilded toons on both sides doing it, mind you.  As much as I detest warpers and screendraggers, I put these types in a class all by themselves, but I've got to say that I'm not exactly confident about the current process.  Is there anything else that can be done from a players' standpoint?  Anything I missed?

Yep, followed those guidelines.  And it was easy to differentiate that from a duel.  When I was asked "You want token?"  I responded "His?  Hell yeah!"  I assumed he meant we'd gang up and try to take the two of them down; I figured that the others already had fought and just weren't interested in it if there wasn't anything in it for them.  Then I get a tell saying "Ok, here's how it works.  First you die.  Then next fight he dies."  That sure as hell sounds like farming to me.  The freep alts didn't do anything, and the other Q's just stood around.  Lame.
