Character Transfer

Runnyeye is not being listed, I want to transfer from Kithicor to RunnyeyeIt says if your Server is not listed check back in 24 hours I've been looking for 3 days with no sign of it on there:S

goin on 2 days here, wanting to xfer from najena to runnyeye , and no sign that runnyeye even exsist

Same problem here. Looks like onle US servers are listed.

I am probably wrong about this but I was always under the impression that if a server isn't listed then they aren't currently allowing transfers to that particular server. You might be better served by contacting Tech Support directly via Phone, Email or Live Chat.

It's not that we cannot select a server to transfer to but the servers where the characters are located on. Contacted support.

Contacted support.</blockquote>Sorry, I was going off of what the others had posted, which clearly states that they can't see the server that they want to transfer to. Since you stated that you were having the same issue I assumed that you meant the same thing. If you can't see the server that you are currently on then you should contact support directly via Phone, Email or Live Chat (which you have so that is good).

<p>Yes you can transfer from a US server to a EU server as i have already done it with other toons months ago, now unless they have changed it recently without saying so it should still be that way</p>

I'm trying to transfer from Unrest to Butcherblock, but am unable to because I need to change my name and the system won't accept any of the ones I choose. I've even created a character with one of the names and logged into the game.  All of my stuff is off the broker as well as any mails, so I'm sure that's not the problem. I sent an email, I just hope they reply.

Trying to move from kithicor to runnyeye its doable i've done it before granted it was a year ago but stillWhy can't i transfer? i kinda figured out why on my own it would seemthat SoE have managed to bugger up all the EU Servers some how im hoping thats why eq2 players went down to fix the character transfer option who knows?

Ok i think i might know why now, after reading that past cple post, No EU servers have not gotten the LU39 like the US servers have so maybe after they do we ( the ones trying to move to EU servers) will be able to...../em crosses fingers<img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />

However I am waiting now since this inconsistency between servers seems to be the source of the problem as it's already said before.

Usually the EU game servers are patched a day or two later, but this time it is a week later.

Does anyone know when exactly they are supposed to be bringing down the EU servers for this update? I have searched ALL over and there doesnt seem to be a downtime listed anywhere, Or are we just not gonna get the update at all???

looks like itll be another week before ya can transfer to EU servers looks like live update 39 comes out the 31st

Anyone know if the character transfer is working at this moment? Probably not, last time it was bugged and SOE is not there since of the fires, but just asking.

They was supposed to of fixed it the 22nd. Was able to move my husbands character on the 22nd, but they failed to get mine done, although they did charge me for it!
