Just scribed level 60 TS book - got level 62 recipes?

<p>I just dinged level 60 in Jeweler.</p><p>I scribed the level 60 book and got level 62 recipes.</p><p>When I scribed the level 59 book I got level 60 recipes.</p><p>Do the level 61 recipes not exist?</p><p>thanks</p>
