New Account Management "Dropping" Features?

Sony says that the new software they are using for account management has been causing station features to drop from players accounts.I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else or if certain circles are just blowing smoke. I personally haven't had this issue on my three accounts. If you have or have not experienced this, please post here on your experience.
