Combining Lower Lvl Powders

<p>I have searched both my memory and the boards I can't find an answer to this... As an Alchemist I had a quest in Rivervale that I completed that gave me the ability to combine lower level powders into higher level but fot the life of me I can not remember how to do it. </p><p>I can't find a recipe for it so I am sorta lost. Does anyone know how to do this?</p><p>Thanks in advance!</p>

Just do a quick search in your recipe book for Dust.  You should find one for each tier with names like Lambent Dust Distillation, Scintillating Dust Distillation, etc.  Or you can edit your recipe book to only show entries from 'Alchemist Distillations' which is what you received from doing that quest in RV.
