Has anyone thought about how they plan on spending their 20 AAs on the Swash tree come RoK?

I have the Style and Reach mostly maxed out. Trying to decide between Potency and Debuffs. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Laer

I'm Style / Reach, I'll probably add debuffs. Maybe a few abilities in Potency, but definitely not the endline, I already burn through poisons absurdly fast for some reason. Potency does have some nice abilities throughout the line though.

Why is going through more poison a bad thing? More poison procs means more dps.

Yeah, agreed. I won't be going down potency. I spend too much on poisons already.

Basically that is choosing to do less damage for a completely unrelated reason to what you would spend points into to gain a different or better effect.Potency/Reach/Style for Swashbuckler Tree. For KoS Rogue tree:Str: 4.6.4.8.2Agi: 4.6.4.8.2Sta: 4.4.8Int: 4.1

I'll probably go agi/wis, and throw the rest into the str line for the Rogue tree. Swashy tree... I dunno. Probably reach/style/debuffs.So, KoS for me would look something like STR: 4-4-5-8AGI: 4-4-6-8-2WIS: 4-4-6-8-2

Swash tree:Style/Reach/PotencyRogue tree (Raid and grouping)4-6-4-8-2 str4-4-4-8 wis4-6-4-8-2 agiwith 1 AA to put wherever, I'd probably put it into Freehand reversal.Rogue tree (solo using the house item to swap AA builds/Tank build/PvP):4-8-8-8-2 Sta4-4-8-8 Str4-8 Agiwith 3 AA to put wherever you want, I'd probably put them into raw stamina.

Agi+Str+Wis until I start hitting the 100% double attack point where I will drop Wis in favor of random points in the other trees.Potency+Reach+Style - really a no-brainer for DPS. Potency is a big boost and it will be nice to pick it up.

Huh, I've alternated between str/agi dw mode and agi/wis solo weapon previously. my first thought was to go str, agi, wis with the added aas, but the posters above suggest that stam might also be good for soloing. never seriously considered that. how much does stam really help? plus dps on one ability, but does the added protection really compare well with coule and riposte from wis?

With potency in the Swash tree maxed out, would it make any sense to dump 8 points in the Rogue int line, for the increase in int? It won't burn poisons any faster, (talk about spendy), but should increase damage from poisons somewhat, right?
