So I test some loot from the Shard of Fear instance, level 72 bucklers (treasured) and poof Lunar Fragments.  If you are putting the higher loot into the game, where are the transmutes?

probably on the Beta Server .. /bug it in game and hold off on Xmuting anything 70+ till after RoK ?
