<p>I just got a treasured ring in sof called Spooky Bone Hoop.  I dont have a link, but its 15 str 20 sta 15 int 80 hp 80 mana +3 disruption and disease cloud 6 (up to +30  damage to disease based spells).  It wont replace Band of Braided Veins, but I think will give a nice boost over the OOB signet.</p><p> Edit:  I got the necklace with +100 spell damage on same trip too...wooooooot!!!!!</p>

I saw an earring with +30dis but there is a ring that decreases casting time by 10%.

Nope, its a ring. I've heard about a robe that increases casting speed by 10% (with -20 to casting skills), but not a ring. Any idea whether its legendary, treasured or fabled?

There is a ring that increases the "speed of the caster by 10%" but that is a runspeed increase.  There is also a pair of cloth shoulders that add +40 to spell damage that drop off trash in SoF.
