New Deities without Kunark?

<p>I was told that Bertoxilos and Karana coming in with expansion of Kunark</p><p>I was realy looking forward these 2 deities specificly since I am hoping that Bertox would be great Necro deity , hopefuly boosting poison/disease spells and maybe even undead pets (none of current deity realy cut it for my necro). And I was also looking forward to Karana for my Fury to get some offesive druid power boost.</p><p>What bothers me however is the question if new deities will only be aviable to those who purchase Kunark?</p>
