New Shield From Fear

<p>Heads up- in Fear I got a legendary kite shield with 1469 block.  Dropped off trash, called Nautilus Shield.  Had weak atts, no resists, and +30some mitigation.  Crazy high block value though.</p>

I got a weird 2 hander that increases my size of all things. There is some really strange junk dropping in fear.
