Cannot Login

I cannot login right now it says that it is trying the login server but never gets in???

Which server does it use for a login server. because i even picked character select from the launcher and I still cannot get in.  I was thinking I could create a character on one of the other servers until permafrost is back up.

All servers except Test is down.  This is the Halloween update.

I just tried and receive the following messing below my characters name.  (Nektulos server LOCKED) so I guess they know its down...

Yeah it looks closer to being done cuz now i can at least get to the character select.

Ok if this is the halloween update why isnt there something on server status as far as how long it is going to take?
