Can a fury keep up healing a berserker tank in a fast kill group?

Planning a berserker, fury/warden, swashie,ranger, dirdge possibly.

I was hopeing with this group we could aoe large groups of mobs and make short work of them. Be good if the fury could keep up with heals and do some of thier aoes every now and then.

Do fury HOT's have a lower timer than wardens?

Fury's heal perfectly fine, and can keep up if played well, yes. There are going to be some people that tell you otherwise. The reason for this is because of the amount of damage a fury can do. With the least amount of effort, fury's are capable of more damage than any other healer, and this makes them popular. There are a number of people that play furies to DPS, and some of these people forget they are healers when it comes down to it - this has given furies a bad name to an extent.

But they are perfectly good healers. From what I understand a warden's hots are a little bit more powerful, while they do less damage.

Furies can spam faster heals then any other healer, and can dps and add to a grps dps with the grp buffs. Anyone that says different doesn't know how to play a fury. Also a Fury can out parse a warden if played right and tie a defiler in the heal parse. Masters and fabled gear count alot and so do your AA line choices, as well as potions, and adornments.

Once you learn to play your Fury really well, you will be amazed at how well you can keep others healed, including hard-hitting tanks. And I agree, master spells and gear help alot!
