Not too long ago I read somewhere about SKs and Paladins having some of their buffs effect raids rather than just groups to increase their effectiveness on raids, discussion also included some RoK stuff so it wasn't too long ago. I noticed unhallowed strength is raid based but not sure if thats been like that for a while or new.
