I posted an issue on the Sony Station Email Support and received a reply asking for more information, the thread was marked as "solved", I replied with the additional information, then the thread disapears from my service history for a day or so, then reapeard and was the same as before (my initial question + request for info, marked as "solved" but WITHOUT my response attached)Is there something up with the Email Support?
