"My Account" pages NEVER works

The "My Account" pages, and especially the subscription page, are down ALL THE TIME. I have tried to access the subscription pages 20-30 times now in the last 12 days and I've been able to reach them ONCE. <b>This is completely outrageous. If you are to run online subscription based services then make sure they work every once in a while.</b> Makes one wonder when a company based on online entertainment can't even run a website that includes the most important service of them all, which is the financial control for customers. Ridiculous!

<p>Am also having trouble at present. Just get error page when I click on 'my account'.</p><p>Will just can the subscription fullstop by other means if can't get in to alter/amend it.</p><p>Can't see any kind of post by SOE on the matter but seems to be occuring to quite a few people.</p><p> Here's hoping for a response <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
