Can get into "my Account"

Guess I'm going to have to block the charges from my credit card as you are just like AOL in the way you handle your account service with no way to cancel you account as the "My account" links are leading to nothing but a white page for the last couple of days.Was just going to make a change but will now have my accounts canceled via my credit card instead.That kind of behavior is just unacceptable to me, so I wont be your customer any more.

You could always call them tomorrow to get things straightened out. All online systems have problems at some point and this weekend seems to be giving them a bit of trouble.

It sucks, I've been trying to subscribe all weekend and have been getting errors and blank pages. I even went and bought a time card for 15$ only to come home and have errors when trying to use that as well!now I have to make sure to get up early before work tomorrow morning so I can sort it out with sony over the phone or via email.. even more stress!not a good look.

What browser are you using?  Can get into it with IE 6 and IE 7. have you tried clearing the browser cache and history?
