Fabled Relic Leather Skullcap

<p>Hi All,</p><p>I recieved a Fabled Relic Leather Skullcap from a named in Halls of Fate, and I don't know what to do with it.  It has no buffs or value other than being Fabled -no trade- item.</p><p> Someone said I should take it to a forge at the bottom of Sol Eye, but couldn't give me any specifics.  Can anyone out there give some much needed Guidance... Thanks!</p>

you got KoS relic perice what you do go all thw way to bottom of Sol eye and take Giant blacksmith(cant remeber his name from top of my head), he will turn your relic peice with some gems into KoS fabled set peice, im not sure on the specifc gems you need might need to lok it somewhere, hope this helps ^^;

It's a piece that you can take to an NPC Giant near the Forge of Ages in Sol's Eye and have crafted into a class-specific hat for your character. You'll need a few gems for it, which you can find here:<a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Relic_Gem_Needed_by_Archetype_and_Slot" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> Relic Gems</a>.
