Error when attempting to load EQ2

<p>I just got the notice that my account was reactivated in the "Call Norrath Home Again".</p><p> I can run the game just fine most of the time, but I have one character in Nek Forest and I get the following error when attempting to load him.</p><p><img src="http://www.hyprn.com/images/eq2_error.jpg" alt="" width="448" height="141" border="0" /></p><p> I did the full scan a few times now (currently on attempt # 4) with no luck.  This path isn't where I have it installed, so I am at a loss as to how to fix this.  I am thinking of removing all the nek forest zone files from my laptop and redo the scan again.</p><p>Does anyone know what this means and how one could fix it?</p>

<p>/bump</p><p>Well, I deleted all the zone files that I could find for Nek, and still the same thing, with a full file check (#5)</p><p>Anyone, if I don't get this fixed soon, I won't even bother with trying the game again, I'll just uninstall.</p><p>Anyone?</p>

This could be related to other similar problems that have cropped up over the past couple of weeks or so. Are you running the patcher for the Euro region by chance? If so then change the region to US and the game should patch properly for you. Afterwards, you can change it back to the Euro region so that you may play.

I really don't think that is it.  I am located in the MST in Canada, so I shouldn't be setup to patch with the Euro settings, but I'll check.
