Spirit of the wolf totem recipe missing

I can't seem to find this recipe in my woodworker or caprenter. Was it removed?

Nope, it changed in level almost 18 months ago.  Or you've got a filter on.  Edit:  You won't find it on your carpenter.  It's level 39 to craft.

*shrug*If you want to get technical you could also say they're all Woodworker 'cause they use fletching.  But that'd be splitting hairs, lol.Regardless, SoW Totem <i>are </i>Woodworker, and are level 39.  Oh, and we don't know why they were moved.
