Severed fir - where'd it go?

Hmmm... is it just me, or has severed fir just become extremely rare? I'd have though that, with 350 foresting plus a +10 foresting tool, getting a rare would be (relatively) easy i.e. not having to chew through 3,000 severed ash without seeing one fir.

It's random, sorry.  Sometimes you get 'em, sometimes you don't.  I always get rare gems when I'm going for rare wood.
