crashing to char select...again

I had this problem right after the large server update that took about a day of downtime. I was able to fix it by deleting some of my DAT and ini files regarding mainly my ui. The fix stayed up until now.It has come back just yesterday and is even worse than before. I called SOE support and was sent an email showing me the files or folders to delete. I did so and was able to stay in game for while, basically until I logged into an alt. After I logged into that alt it happened again within 10 min.This is the email I recieved.You may want to delete the following files and folders:cache foldereq2_recent.inieq2_default.iniEverQuest2.exee q2.iniAs well as the character specific files, these will appear as such:Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.iniSt ationname_characters.iniTo do this, please follow these directions: 1. Afterwards, please start <span class="yshortcuts">EverQuest II</span> to have these files re-downloaded by the patcher.I cant seem to even find a file named eq2.iniAnd, like said before, the crash to char select happened again within 10 min of me logging in another char.I know others are having this problem and have read all the threads on this subject with no help.I have never used a custom UI.
