When I have tried to get to the support pages I get a message saying you are accessing the website the website is help.station.sony.com but the certificate belongs to .custhelp.com. Where does .custhelp.com come in that I should be seeing their certificate instead of sony's? Also I am a little suspicious of the fact the help page has the following announcements:

New Technical Support service contact process implemented 06/21/2005!

Pre-Order EverQuest II: The Splitpaw Saga (Adventure Pack 2) from the Station Store!

• Top Known Customer Service Issues available per product at the top of the Knowledge Base.

I have tried getting there from the forums, eq2players and a number of other pages, they all give the same thing. Is there some website trying to redirect the information, or is it just a mistake when the help system was switched around?

It has to do with the new support system and addresses getting shuffled around. I used chat support the other day, and upon completion pointed out the security certificate issue, and theorized it was because the addresses were different. The TSR assured me, however, that it wasnt that; it was simply that sony didnt want to pay Microsoft for a security certificate. Since my problem didnt get fixed and still isnt getting addressed, he was probably wrong about that, too.
