/petition is not working. Every time I /petition and go to the ingame support tab, I am asked to verify my e-mail, I do then I go back and it asked me to verify my email... and again and again. How can I get ingame help?

<p>I have had the same issue since the inception of the NEW /petition system.  I can't use it and don't like it...I just hope I never have anything game-breaking that I need to petition.</p><p>I'll watch this thread incase someone has the answer....and/or I figure out what I've done wrong.</p>

Exactly how is getting help in game a tech issue? I wanted to talk to a GM and I don't know how since the /petition isn't working so I'm asking for an alternate way to get help. I don't think that is a tech issue. So I'm asking how do I get a hold of a GM when the /petition system doesn't work. Which other forum would better for this topic? I'm not asking to fix /petition, I want to know how to get ingame support since /petition does not work.

Technical Support is a division of Customer Support, which In-Game Support is also a part of.  We all use the same Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, so if the CRM isn't working for contacting In-Game Support, then feel free to call, email, or chat with Technical Support and we'll be happy to pass the message on to In-Game Support for you.I'm going to send you an email, Azorra.  Just respond back to it and that will get you in reasonably-immediate contact with an In-Game Support representative.
