So you'll just have to work with what you have, don't expect amazing numbers. Get alot of procs and a decent weapon.

B) add as much utility to my group as I can.

Your utility comes through your tanking and DPS, end of story. You don't heal, your wards are worthless to cast on anyone but yourself and the MT if you're in a good mood. WIS line sucks, period. I'm sure almost everybody that raids seriously on this forum will agree with that. Nobody benefits from the so called 'utility' in that line because it's all BS and silly crap like 1%. Perhaps if there were some crits or DPS mod etc. in that line it would be worth something.

I do solo sometimes but thats not as important as grouping with my friends.

I would just like some feedback as to some possible builds that you think would suit me well, I have my respec card and willing to try a few out. (DPS build, Utility build, etc..)

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Cool, thanks for the advice, Ill respec today

What would you recommend I take in the EoF line? Is there anything there that is a MUST or you see that strikes you as a dpser?

I am currently reaver spec'd, but thats only because I was pushing out a bunch of solo writs for my guild, but like I said earlier, soloing isnt my biggest concern.

I do realize that my group setup sorta sucks.. but thats just the rl friends I play with. I do have a bunch of guildies I can play with as well.

Another "quad" group I do sometimes is with my brother (zerker) his wife (warden) and a necro friend of theirs.

Again, I really appreciate the help guys.

EDIT: Oh ya, forgot to mention that the weapon Im using is the Steelrain that my brother gave me. (has both a nice proc and decent rating, but if you know of something better Ill try to go get it - just keep in mind I dont really raid)

If possable you might want to run some Labs pick up raids. The rune blade in there is a very very nice SK weapon 56str and 27 to all other stats and a nice life tap proc.

Also if you are looking for utility look at the wiz line for KoS iam not saying take it but give it a good look over. Taking it you will take a slit dps loss. The group on the other hand will see a slite bump in dps.

Max out your Grim Strike proc chance, grab all the recast timer reducers and maybe some debuff increasers. As for non-raid weapons, you can do SoD up to the part where you need to kill Mayong then stop, the reward is decent. The Gladius or Longsword will do equally decent DPS, although I would pick the Gladius for flexibility. There's also Vuk'arohk from HoF, and the Ancient Velium 2H's aren't too bad.
