View Full Version : Need in-game support fixed

Please.  I have been attempting to use the in-game support to place a petition since yesterday.  All I get every time I click on the in-game support tab is an email verification page.  I click to verify and proceed to go into my email for the confirmation.  I click on the link in my email and it says that my email has been confimed and to go back to my original browser to continue with in-game support.  However when I click on the in-game tab once again I am directed to confirm my email address.  I have lost count of how many times I have confimed it.  I can not go to email support or chat support either as it proceeds to do the same email verification looping.  PLEASE Help.  I am at a loss of how to fix this issue and would like to resolve it asap.

<p>It says use the form IF your email is changed, yet there is no continue button or anything if it hasn't changed.  Only work around I have found is to go back a page or two then click back on the help and the question won't pop up the second time.  But ya it needs a continue button so you don't have to submit your email as if you were changing it.</p><p> PS another problem with the login is I have been getting security warning that the website is different then the certificate, not sure what this is due to.</p><p> PPS Got a little more info on that security certificate problem, it says the certificate belongs to .custhelp.com but the website is help.station.sony.com.  Where does .custhelp.com come in that I should be seeing their certificate instead of sony's?</p>

<p>Thanks....the workaround you suggested worked for me also.  I agree that they need to add a button to bypass the confimation if the email address is the same.</p>
