Not gaining achievement on new character and online help not working

Hello, I've made several new characters since returning recently, and they have all gained achievement experience just fine. Now I have a fae illusionist. I turned 10 and got the Achievement window, but the Achievement xp bar still sits at zero despite finding new areas and completing quests. I am now 11 and it hasn't moved. Hovering the mouse on it shows that I have zero accomplishments in all the categories.I've tried searching the knowledge base (no luck) and the forums (one message with the same problem, but no solution other than to petition). I tried to use the in-game help and it sent me to the Station site. I had to register my email address, so I did, then I clicked on a link in an email they sent. Then I had to log back in, and I got stuck in a loop. Whenever I try to get in-game help, I get routed to a page to verify my email address (even though I have just verified it twice).So...<ol><li>How can I get achievement experience fixed so I can gain it?</li><li>How can I get in-game support (or is that not available)?</li></ol>Thanks,--Winin

I had this problem on a Fae also, and was resolved as soon as i started doing lvl 10+ quests, when I dinged 12, I was still trying to complete lvl 9 quests, which do not yield AA exp. (to the best of my knowledge)

Ahh, thanks. I did manage to get up to a level 10 quest and it gave AXP. No luck on the in-game, chat, or email support though.

No luck on the in-game, chat, or email support though. </blockquote>If I recall correctly most, if not all of the fae starting area's are considered sub 10 discovery expierence so it will not count towards aaxp, it has to be 10 + to count
